in realtà i chest dovrebbero/potrebbero essere la copia del TAP dell'us army. credo se ne fosse già parlato qua.
O almeno credo si stessero muovendo da quella parte...oppure è qualcosa di diverso? "detachable" "platform"....potrebbe anche essere

Allora, dopo una giornata a cercare posto altre news su quel fantomatico chest rig.

Prima di tutto c'è da dire che doveva essere un ampliamento del sistema ilbe, una piattaforma molle da agganciare ai body armor attualmente in dotazione per cambiare setup in fretta senza star a smontare le tasche e il disegno era questo

Poi però le esigenze del corpo sono cambiate e hanno trasformato il progetto da piattaforma molle a chest rig "stand alone" agganciabile ai body armor attuali (per il motivo sopra citato). Parte delle specifiche di progetto:

The USMC Chest Rig, also known as a Marine Corps Chest Rig, is a Marine Corps specific modified version of the U.S. Army’s Tactical Assault Panel. It is capable of internally accommodating six (6) fully loaded M4/M16 magazines, one PRC-148/153, one GPS system (or like size item), and other equipment carried as part of the Marine’s basic assault load. It provides the user with an alternate method of carrying the combat load on a body armor system and can also be used in a “stand-alone” configuration with a detachable harness. The Chest Rig allows Marines to rapidly transition fighting loads between the Scalable Plate Carrier (SPC), the Modular Tactical Vest (MTV), or the Full Spectrum Battle Equipment (FSBE). The Chest Rig is compatible with the quick release system of the MTV and FSBE vest, eliminating interference with the quick release function.”

Sono anche riuscito a trovare i progetti completi (in formato pdf e non chiedetemi come ho fatto perchè non lo so manco io come ci sono finito su quella pagina ) ma non sono riuscito a capire chi lo produce. La cosa interessante è che ha una sorta di suspender ad Y per essere usato da solo e credo che se il progetto prenderà piede (è tutt'ora in fase di consegna) sostituirà anche l'flc nelle missioni greenside.

I caricatori PMAG hanno ricevuto ufficialmente l'NSN quindi sono dotazione ufficiale, sia il modello con finestra che senza ma a quanto pare solo quelli neri sono issued. Ecco la notizia:

Last fall we published a story on why Marines don’t have the PMAG but it’s about time that we update it. Two models of PMAGs actually do have National Stock Numbers (PMAG 30 Black Window: 1005-01-576-5164 and PMAG 30 Black Non-Window: 1005-01-576-5159). What’s more, the Marine Corps is the only authorized user of these restricted NSNs and has requisitioned them from the Defense Logistics Agency by the thousands, over and over. In fact, there is a procurement of 10,000 PMAGs on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) right now. Not only have we seen documentation attesting to this fact but we have also dug up a few photos from the Department of Defense’s own imagery server as further proof. Despite assertions to the contrary, Marines are using PMAGs, and to great effect

Plenty of Army troops are using PMAGs as well, whether issued by the unit or privately purchased. Thus far the Army has fielded 600,000 of a planned 7.7 Million of the new tan follower aluminum magazines and some Soldiers are using the PMAG as an alternative. COL Tamilio, Program Manager for Soldier Weapons recently stated that his office would be publishing a list of approved commercial magazines for use by Soldiers but there is no word on what is expected to be on that list.
We use PMAGs here at SSD. When there was a run on magazines right around the election of 2008, we spent our money on PMAGs. They are affordable and reliable for our use. However, magazines are expendable and should be inspected and maintained regularly and replaced when needed.

ciao a tutti ragazzi , sono nuovo nel campo del setup usmc , volevo chiedervi se sapete consigliarmi una replica fedele e resisente del ciras della eagle ( o se qualcuno ne vende uno usato a una cifra non esorbitante) ovviamente in coyote , avevo addocchiato quello della g&p ,qualcuno lo ha mai provato?
