welcome to our new g2 pack line-up. the fact is, our existing packs are renowned for state-of-the-art features, durability and load bearing efficiency, ie., comfort. a great many warriors consider these packs the best in the world, and we are very grateful for that. but our never-ending r&d has pushed the envelope even further--if our until-now packs have earned the reputation they have, we are, for 2009, raising the bar even for ourselves. the 2009 packs will be designated henceforth as generation ii kifaru packs.
g2 comfort
mission effectiveness is dramatically enhanced if the warrior is not burdened by load pain. the g2 pack suspensions have all been meticulously upgraded (yes, even from where they were) thru a whole lot of sweat equity on our part. you will find sophisticated lumbar pads and torso pads, longer frames for some of our smaller packs for better shoulder lift strap function, anti-slip packlock (tm) technology--all elements working together to place comfort in a new-departure realm for backpacks. notice, particularly, what we've done in the so-called small pack category. a "small" pack has many advantages--can be taken anywhere (flying, for example)--but if it can also be ramped up with our plentiful selection of lock-down pockets and pods and still have the comfort of any other makers "large" pack there's an undeniable multi-mission benefit to the user. we've frankly made these packs the comfort match for any ensemble of our pockets. now more than ever, our small packs can be called "little big packs".
g2 load-out
our forte has always been unique levels of modularity, multifunction, versatility. there are new levels of those good things in the g2 line up. all our framesheet equipped packs now have a full array of loops for attaching dock & lock pockets and pods directly onto the frame back--giving enormous versatility to task-specific missions. there are more versatile than ever g2 pockets. there is an entirely new armorgrip (tm-pp) pack system that addresses sway when wearing armor under heavy load, yet converts back to exquisite performance when not wearing armor.

it has been close to three years since our prices were adjusted. in the interim raw materials, fuel surcharges and inflation in general have taken their toll. not to mention our increased r&d efforts on your behalf. you will therefore find inevitable price increases in the g2 gear--partly from these factors as well as partly from the substantial increases in mission effectiveness touched on above.
