convertire file tce/cel/tab/swx
ho un po' di carte raster in formato strano, e mi serve poterle aprire o convertire per tirar fuori l'immagine vera e propria. il formato del file che credo sia quello della carta è tce, o comunque uno di quelli del titolo... googlando non riesco a trovare niente di utile allo scopo, quindi chiedo a voi... magari sapete :d hints?
a tle file is an ascii text file that contains of a listing of two-line element sets as provided by the u.s. strategic command (usstratcom) and ends in a .tle or .tce extension. tle sets are used by the simplified general perturbation (sgp4) propagator within stk. the following tables describe the format of a tle set.

eh, ma qua non è materiale usa ma roba italiana... sempre difesa è, ma non usa :s
è pure un file da 1.2gb, tra le altre cose...
