era uscito un articolo su marine times o uno di quei siti "ufficiali" però ora non riesco più a ritrovarlo. In pratica veniva spiegato che la gentex era in ritardo con la produzione degli LWH e i marines hanno chiesto in prestito dei lotti di MICH dallo US Army come soluzione provvisoria. Ora però non so se il problema è stato risolto o se effettivamente stanno passando ai mich. Sto cercando ora su google e ci sono articoli contrastanti, esempio:

The Marines’ LWH is heavier and larger than than the US Army’s Advanced Combat Helmet (ACH). Its fit has been improved over the PASGT “Fritz” helmets that the LWH replaced, and new materials make it both lighter and more protective as well, even though it has a very similar shape. The MICH is the ACH’s predecessor, with less coverage than LWH/PASGT.
