    Second Lt. Jeff D. Illies Jr., platoon commander, 1st Platoon, Alpha Co., 3rd Amphibious Assault Battalion, gives guidance to soldiers with the intelligence platoon, Japanese Ground Self Defense Force, during an eight-and-a-half mile patrol as a part of the weeklong at-sea portion of Exercise Iron Fist 2012, on San Clemente Island, Calif., Feb. 10. The Marines of 1st Platoon moved from the USS Peleliu to the island in CH-53E Super Stallion helicopters. Third AABN acted as the ground combat element for the exercise. Exercise Iron Fist 2012 is a bilateral training exercise that gave the 15th MEU a chance to demonstrate its amphibious capabilities to the Japanese. Illies, 27, is a native of Muskego, Wis.

    Anel cosa ci fai in foto (a destra, iba in wood)??

    Cmq si sembrerebbe la radio pouch FSBE, ma si vede appena appena..
    Notare il peq 15 se non erro in colorazione Black (???), la tasca velcrata molto carina e quella specie di serpentone che ha in mezzo alle gambe () che sembrerebbe quel collare refrigerante..

    E' simile ma secondo me non è la FSBE II perchè se vedete in foto, la cordura ha delle "ondulazioni" mentre las FSBE II è abbastanza imbottita e resta parecchio rigida.

Ferguson, fire support man, 1st Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company, during a combined arms exercise with the Japanese Ground Self Defense Force, Feb. 12. The exercise included 81 and 120mm mortars, fixed and rotary wing assets and Naval gun fire. In addition to the gunfire exercise, the Japanese also practiced calling for fire. Exercise Iron Fist 2012 is a bilateral training exercise that gave the 15th MEU a chance to demonstrate its amphibious capabilities to the Japanese. Ferguson, 19, is from Brentwood, Calif., and Salvia, 28 is from Stanfordville, N.Y.
