marines with 1st battalion, 6th marine regiment, 2nd marine division, conduct a patrol using the improved scalable plate carrier here, april 28. marines are performing basic infantry tasks to compare the currently fielded scalable plate carriers an improved version of the plate carrier. the testing went from april 27- may 1.
