Do not be so surprised guys! ) In most CIS countries SF wear anything they want/need/have - from soviet patterns to the most exotics. As I remember Vegetata have been seen on Ukrainian SF, Russian SF and SF or caucasian countries (including Armenia).

For shame it's a poor D5 (but what would we expect from not so rich countries)...
