Announced at SHOT Show 2013 and revealed in prototype form on June of the same year, the Apache GBBR SMG or MP5-Kurz from WE Tactical Training International is nearing completion and subsequent release. Of aluminum alloy and nylon fiber construction, the short submachine gun replica, now substantially further in its development, can be seen in the test fire video below, uploaded in early November 2013. Returning to SHOT Show 2013, WE-Tech did initially expect to launch their MP5 replica by the end of 2013, the MP5K should naturally follow suit leaving only price to be determined for both.
