la acu è l'unica mimetica cha hanno in dotazione quindi viene usata in qualsiasi ambiente in cui si trovano ad operare
normalmente le bdu normali (woodland) si vedono in training, correggetemi se sbaglio

credo intenda come me la classica woodland a 4 colori
cmq hai ragione, probabilmente le foto che ho visto non sono recentissime... ecco un esempio:

il fatto è che non tutte le foto sono datate... se non la utilizzano più nemmeno in training comunque si parla di un cambiamento di poco tempo fa

ne consegue che dal 30 aprile le vecchie bdu e dcu sono fuori ordinanza in qualsiasi impiego.there are established "wear out"dates for bdu/dcu uniforms and accessories. they are as follows:april 30,2008-soldiers will no longer be allowed to wear the battle dress uniform, the desert battle dress uniform,or their uniform parts.this applies to all active duty, national guard and reserve soldiers. the wear out date for the reserve officers training corps is april 2009.the following uniforms and items are affected by the april 30 2008 wear out order: bdu/dcu uniforms, brown t-shirts,black leather combat boots,bdu/dcu caps,od green 'u.s.army" and nametapes,od green shoulder sleeve insignia and combat patches,black belts (to include "riggers type" belts,green and black jugle boots. beginning sept 30 2008, active, guard and reserve soldiers will stop wearing the black knit and black micro fleece caps. the bdu field jacket has an established wear out date of sept 30 2010. this came from an "all army activities message"pending the next update of ar 670-1 "wear and appearance of army uniforms and insignia",which isnt expected until a final decision on the new army service uniform is made.
