curioso load bearing vest, fastex datati '95, sembra un mix fra un etlbv e un soe.
fattura grezza ma solida, ottime le cuciture e molto chic parecchie soluzioni.
di sicuro non è una porcata cinese.

quattro mag pouches inclinate da due caricatori ciascuna, con divisoria interna. una small utility a sinistra e un doppio portacaricatori per pistola a destra:


dietro ricorda molto le soluzioni della soe e ha una piccola tasca sullo spallaccio destro. sembrerebbe un portaradio ma è molto piccolo, la form ricorda una strobe pouch e infatti un marker sdu5e ci sta perfetto:


due utility laterali, dimensioni simili a una tasca 100round, ci sta perfetto un first aid kit lc-2:


piccola tasca presumibilmente portaradio con passante velcrato per eventuali cavi o simili.


il venditore ci racconta anche una piccola storiella su questo lbv, che sia vera o no, non è dato saperlo:

i bought 2 of these vests from a former team leader from the 2nd ranger battalion. he had one of their riggers build vests for his team. i bought an od green one and this black one. this vest is a custom build. built by hand and super strong. it does not look like most of the vest you see online. its construction is not as pretty and refined but rugged. it's built with the same materials that socom used to build and repair parachute harnesses. how many people can say their vest was made at the 2nd ranger bat.?
on the front there is 4 mag pouches that hold 2 mags each. a cool feature is that these mag pouches are divided so mags won't rattle against each other. on the top right of the front are another two pouches to hold pistol mag pouches and on the top left is a small utility pouch that could hold a compass or strobe. on the sides of the vest are pockets big enough to hold two 12oz soda cans. on the back of the right shoulder is a pocket that could hold a small radio (that’s what it was made for).
i used the green brother to this vest while in bosnia and have taken this vest to carbine classes. works well and is comfortable. it's a conversation starter!
