non so se può essere ancora d'aiuto perchè si parla di qualche tempo fa, comunque qualcuno voleva sapere il setup da medico usmc ed eccolo accontentato. questo sopra è un medico e quello è il setup standard, dentro a quel cosciale e a quella tascona enorme sul tattico portano il necessario per prestare il primo soccorso all'operatore ferito
