quella che ha in mano l'operatore è la versione dell'l85 lunga,che in teoria dovrebbe essere data ai tiratori scelti o ai mitraglieri (considerando la frequenza con cui dicono si inceppi,non credo sia più stata adottata a questo scopo).
la maniglia andrebbe usata per il tiro da steso o appoggiando il bipiede da qualche parte. :p
credo sia più una versione per mitraglieri che per snipers, se non sbaglio è definita proprio come arma di supporto. linux, illuminaci

con l'entratta in linea delle minimi, le l86 (nate come arma d'appoggio di squadra, e aggiornate alla versione a2) sono state convertiti in ruolo lrr (long range rifle), per ingaggi a distanze maggiori rispetto all'l85... l'arma non ha riscosso molto successo ed è quasi sparita dai teatri operativi (l'img da te postata credo sia vecchiotta) :wink2:
oppure, molto probabilmente, gli l86 sono stati convertiti in l85 e in l22 (gli sa80 corti)
