si in effetti la tasca li davanti sembra proprio una medic pouch, e tra l altro ha anche le forbici sul petto, quindi a questo punto è quasi sicuramente un medico, anche perchè l us navy non penso che abbia altri operatori con altri ruoli nei team di marines
