There are only very few units in the Marine Corps that are issued the .45mm and that is the Force Recon Companines, the standard pistol issued now is the 9mm for all other units in the Marine Corps.
There are contracts out there for both the 9mm and the .45, but those items will only be Coyote Brown.
There are two seperate versions of the actual FSBE II Kits (Individual and Platoon).
There are also three different configurations of them. A, B, and C are modified to fit the need of the actual units.
Configuration A will contain the .45mm pouches instead of the 9mm pouch. The remaining will have the 9mm pouches.
The contract that you are refering to M67854-07 is not the FSBE Contract #, the FSBE contract is SPM1C1-07-D-N028 that is for all FSBE II items manufactured in 2007. The M67854 is a generic contract number for items issued to any branch of the service, I think mostly the Army.
The FSBE Contract for the 9mm should read the SPM1C1, that is the offical FSBE II contract.
You will also notice the Allied pouches (Resource Center) will have the FSBE II contract as well. The FSBE Contract will only have Coyote Brown color for pouches and the FSBE Contract number, especially in 07.

La B e la C han le 9mm e la Safariland 6004 per M9.... E adesso il dubbio vien anche a me.... differenze tra B e C?
E' possibile che nel B ci siano più M4 pouches, che magari non sia presente la Bandoleer Allied? O che nel C ci siano più medical pouches/M60/Saw pouches ?
Possibile che vi siano pouches differenti in tutti e tre ?

La roba che vende Joe è originale quindi puoi stare tranquillo ;)
Come è già stato detto l'Allied Industries e la Resource Center sono la stessa cosa.
In ogni caso sul materiale FSBEII della Allied industries puoi trovare due tag, con la scritta 'The Resource Center' o '7P200', questo dipende solamente dalla data di fabbricazione e non indica che uno è "fake" e l'altro "issued".
Per quanto riguarda le configurazioni A,B,C esiste la stessa cosa anche per altri kit come quello MLCS.
Sarebbe interessante avere una lista completa di tutti e tre (A/B/C) per vedere le differenze :)
P.S. Ho trovato interessante invece che Joe vende pezzi del kit FSBEII fabbricati nel 2009, non li avevo mai visti !
