a parte gli scherzi con questo caldo un capo troppo aderente non sarebbe sconsigliato piuttosto la canotta o la classica maglietta di cotone x far respirare di più il corpo..
d'inverno è tutta un'altra storia invece..

stando aderente
ti butta fuori tutto il sudore cosi da non avere la pelle bagnata
in modo che quando ti fermi e sei tutto sudato non ti si "ghiacci" il sudore addosso
sudare sudi uguale che avendo o non avendo una classica maglietta di cottone la differenza sta che non hai il sudore addosso

sia giocando a softair che correndo in un prato o nel mezzo dell'iraq il corpo umano se sotto sforzo si comporta alla solita maniera
quindi poco conta se lo fai per finzione o no
d'inverno questi capi ti riparano dal freddo al pari se non meglio di capi molto più pesanti e ingombranti
e destate ti permettano di non essere tutto bagnato quando ti fermi

di solito e' meglio aderente che non.
ovviamente di mezzo c'e' lo zampino della moda e dell'estetica :-d

inoltre il normale cotone assorbe e tende ad inzzupparsi intrappolando il sudore...
questi nuovi tessuti portano l'acqua all'esterno (si asciuga in un attimo...) ed il sistema funziona solo se la maglia è moooolto aderente.
se la si prende "comoda" non si ottiene il risultato per la quale i tessuti tecnici sono stati studiati.
