I think it's as similar to UCP as a many digital patterns around the world, for example Tru-Spec Digital Vegetata ;)
Our pattern differs from UCP (my view):
1. Another colours (green hues, not grey).
2. Little bit bigger digits.
3. Four colours (not three).
P.S. It's not a first digital pattern in Ukraine )
I know there is a digital pattern for Border Guards: from pictures the pattern seems to be more grey than green ^^ some real pics?
